ABOUT BARRHAVEN CRICKET CLUB
We’ve Got Team Spirit
Founded in 2021, Barrhaven Cricket Club (BCC) is one of the cricket club in Ottawa and exists to promote, organize and encourage amateur cricket within the community.

We have over 30 members across the club, running summer weekend league games for men. We are registered as a community sport club with CRA. We have a strong connection with Ottawa Valley Cricket Club (OVCC) and with their help through out the season, we hold a number of matches at our ground in Ottawa and Kingston.
New Members are always welcome at Barrhaven Cricket Club (BCC) regardless of your race, or ability.
If your not a player, no problem, our coaches and senior cricketers will provide the much needed support to our members through out the cricket journey. To find out more about our membership offers contact us.

A message from our President
Firstly, thanks are due to a great many people. Not only for the day to day running of the Club but also for navigating all the challenges from Covid over the last two seasons. Looking forward to a great cricket season in the 2024

Season Reflections
Despite being well into November (and it being rather chilly and wet outside!), it’s a good opportunity for one last reflection on the 2023 season. In October we held the first club board meeting and onwards we have established the foundation of the club. We have registered our club with CRA as a sports organization, booked our club with OVCC league, got our home ground reserved, and been actively conducting the ongoing indoor winter practice. Thanks to everyone who attended each of these, it was incredibly pleasing to see representation from all areas of the club.
